Mpowered Health enables healthcare organizations to better understand their members' healthcare needs in real time and address them efficiently. Our platform unifies and orchestrates historical and real-time member data from the home, the enterprise, and across payers and providers — driving measurable improvements in cost, quality, and member satisfaction.
We built the Know Your Member (KYM) platform because the problem was clear: health plans, providers, and risk-bearing organizations had more data than ever — but it lived in silos, arrived too late, and didn't connect to the operational workflows where action actually happens. Disengaged members, unnecessary utilization, escalating avoidable costs, and compliance gaps were symptoms of the same underlying failure.
KYM addresses that failure directly — connecting real-time member intelligence with no-code workflow orchestration and agentic AI execution. We built it deliberately to minimize the IT burden on healthcare organizations: no custom engineering, no heavy implementation lift, deployable in weeks. And because the regulatory landscape doesn't wait — STARs measures shift, CMS program requirements evolve, network adequacy standards tighten, and risk adjustment methodologies get rewritten — we built for nimbleness. At Mpowered Health, she leads the development and delivery of solutions that empower payers and risk-bearing providers to turn fragmented member data into coordinated action across enrollment, care coordination, quality, utilization management, and compliance. Previously, she co-founded ZeOmega, driving its transformation into a leading Population Health Management company serving payers and value-based care organizations.
